Rules & Requirements

Fieldstone Ski Lodge is furnished for basic housekeeping with a fully equipped kitchen.
Sheets and towels are not provided; please see our list of things to bring.

Access to Fieldstone Ski Lodge: 4-wheel drive vehicles are required to reach the home in wintry conditions. Due to the location, this generally is the entire winter. Refunds and or discounts will not be given to tenants who have difficulties driving up the road to Fieldstone Ski Lodge.

Responsible Groups Welcome: Fieldstone Ski Lodge is intended for family groups. Sororities, fraternities or un-chaperoned groups are asked not to apply for accommodations.

No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted.

Making a Reservation: It's easy to make a reservation. Simply surf our site, pick out your favorite dates, and call us at 570-563-3148 to confirm the agreement.

Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit: All reservations require a $700 refundable security deposit with your balance payment. Your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days of your departure provided there is no damage, the house is left in good condition, and you vacate the premises and return all keys to the designated area no later than 11:00 a.m.

Payments: The prices quoted in our brochure and on this web site are based on payments sent to us by mail or paid to us in person. We accept either personal checks or money orders.

Balance of Rent: Remaining balances (50% of rent, security/damages/cleaning deposit) are due at least three weeks prior to your stay. You may pay this by personal check or money order. Should your personal check be returned for any reason, there would be a $25 service charge added to your balance. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

Cancellations: If you must cancel your confirmed reservation regardless of reason (including bad weather, illness, or economic factors) YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ADVANCE RENT PAYMENT (1/2 of the full payment).
